Kim has been training dogs for 10 years. She has worked in the animal welfare field for the last five years, most recently as the animal care manager at Elmbrook Humane Society in Brookfield. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, Vice President of Green Acres Boxer Rescue of Wisconsin, an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, and a training instructor for the Animal Behavior College. Kim and her Boxer, Cheeto, are a certified therapy team through Intermountain Therapy Animals (ITA) and founding members of Baderland Animal Reading and Comfort Companions, Inc. (B.A.R.C.C.) out of Beaver Dam. She enjoys reading books and attending seminars to advance her training skills and animal knowledge.
Kim has helped numerous reactive and shy dogs and thoroughly enjoys teaching all dogs and their humans. Kim and her husband, Erick, are owned by five Boxers - Bailey, Kate (CGC), Cheeto CGC, DS), Casper and Jacoby, and two sassy cats, Romeo and Bolt. They have fostered countless dogs, some cats, and even a few rabbits.

Renee Ward
Renee Ward has been training dogs for five years. Renee graduated from Animal Behavior College and interned with Lisa Bailey in Allenton, WI. She then discovered Lisa Caughlin, the owner of Canine Academy in Texas and through Lisa, Renee trained to do detection work with canines. Since then, she has been training police, arson, SAR, and service dogs for four years. Renee works with several area humane societies and fosters dogs for Green Acres Boxer Rescue. She is also a certified CGC evaluator through the AKC.
Renee shares her home with Chloe, a deaf white female Boxer, and Duke, an extremely smart black Labrador Retriever. . Renee teaches obedience, tracking, and works with fearful or reactive dogs.
